5-Way Seed blend is a blend of 80% three varieties of Tall Fescue, 10% Kentucky Bluegrass and 10% Perennial Rye. This mix germinates in 7-14 days with extra color due to the Bluegrass and is disease and drought resistant. This blend is great for home lawns and athletic fields especially if turf is irrigated. Application rates for new seeding is 6-8 lbs per 1000 square feet for new seeding and 2-4 lbs per 1000 square feet for over seeding. Stocked in Fairfield and Streetsboro.
