Shady Mix was developed for lawns to stand up to high amounts of shade and transition areas along wooded lots. This mix consists of 40% Creeping Fescue, 20% Chewings Fescue, 20% Kentucky Bluegrass, 10% Hard Fescue and 10% Perennial Rye and germinates in7-14 days. Application rates for new seeding is 4-6 lbs per 1000 square feet and 2-4 lbs per 1000 square feet for over seeding. Stocked in Fairfield and Streetsboro.
