Consisting of 40% of two Perennial Ryes, 15% Creeping Fescue, 15 % Chewings Fescue and 30% Kentucky Bluegrass makes this blend very versatile for lawns consisting of various amounts of shade and sun. This mix germinates in 7-14 days. Application rates for new seeding is 8-10 lbs per 1000 square feet for new seeding and 3-5lbs for over seeding. Stocked in Streetsboro.
