Contractor’s Mix is a wider bladed mix that will germinate in 5-10 days with great durability and is drought and disease resistant. This blend is great for commercial lots and high traffic areas. Application rates for new seeding is 6-8 lbs per 1000 square feet and 2-4 lbs per 1000 square feet for over seeding. Stocked in Fairfield.
