3-Way seed mix is a blend of three narrow bladed Tall Fescues. This mix germinates in 7-14 days with great color and is disease and drought resistant. This blend is great for home lawns, athletic fields and over seeding existing lawns. Application rates for new seeding is 6-8 lbs per 1000 square feet and 2-4 lbs per 1000 square feet for over seeding. Stocked in Fairfield and Streetsboro.
